The needs of our residents are the most important to us. Therefore we like to ensure an active living environment that meets the demands of those living in our community. But that also means each resident is responsible for themselves, dealing with the struggles of daily life, and for the community.

Our approach is: As much assistance as is needed, and as much freedom as possible.

Two resident assistants (social workers) serve as primary points of contact for residents, parents, schools as well as places of occupational training such as businesses and cooperative partners. They handle all kinds of personal needs and concerns with competence.
